Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your MyResidency account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the MyResidency app
- Go to Profile (bottom-right tab)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
Your account and all data are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
Option 2 — Request via email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account within 7 business days.

- ✓ Your profile (name, phone number, flat details)
- ✓ All posts, comments, and messages you have sent
- ✓ Complaints and maintenance requests you have raised
- ✓ Emergency contacts you have saved
- ✓ Device push notification tokens
Society-level records (e.g. notices posted by admins) are not deleted as they belong to the society, not your account.
