Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MyResidency account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Open the MyResidency app
  2. Go to Profile (bottom-right tab)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion in the dialog

Your account and all data are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

  • ✓ Your profile (name, phone number, flat details)
  • ✓ All posts, comments, and messages you have sent
  • ✓ Complaints and maintenance requests you have raised
  • ✓ Emergency contacts you have saved
  • ✓ Device push notification tokens

Society-level records (e.g. notices posted by admins) are not deleted as they belong to the society, not your account.
