Our Commitment

MyResidency has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe platform and will take immediate action against any content or behaviour that sexually exploits or abuses minors.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on MyResidency:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualises minors in any way
• Any attempt to groom, solicit, or exploit minors
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to such content

Reporting

If you encounter any content that violates this policy, please report it immediately by emailing us at connect@myresidency.in. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, banning users, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where required.

Enforcement

Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account permanently terminated. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and will report confirmed cases of CSAE to the relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement in India.
